Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TaskFlow (the “Service”), provided by TaskFlow (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the Service.

2. Workspaces

The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins control who can join, what members can see, and may remove members or delete the workspace. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the projects, tasks, comments and files you add (“Content”). You give us permission to store, process and display your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for your Content and for having the right to upload it.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, upload malware, harass people, or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours. Don’t overload, probe or disrupt the Service. We may suspend workspaces or accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans and limits

The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. We may introduce paid plans; we will tell you before any change that affects what you pay. We may change Free plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. Availability and backups

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero for the Free plan).

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Workspace owners can delete their workspace. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections 3, 6 and 7 survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
